If within fourteen days you fail to receive the items you have ordered, or you wish to return them, please contact SASRA HQ on 03000 301 302 or at admin@sasra.org.uk to arrange for them to be returned to us.
Upon receipt we will inspect the item/s and if proved to be faulty or incorrectly supplied we will refund you for the full value within 30 days.
