As a Scripture Reader with SASRA, I live and work among British Army personnel, sharing life with them day by day.
Remembrance Day and the days leading up to it are a period of solemnity and prayer — a sacred time for SASRA — a moment to reflect on the bravery, loyalty and service of our Armed Forces.
Today we have 21 Scripture Readers, reaping a harvest in what many are calling a quiet revival—ours being within the military.
This Remembrance season, SASRA’s Executive Director will stand beneath the Menin Gate Memorial in Belgium.
On a beautiful Autumnal day, the SASRA family and supporters joined together for a day of testimony, praise and celebration in picturesque Richmond, a mere stone’s throw from the banks of the River Thames.
Lee McDade has returned as a part-time Scripture Reader in Colchester, after nearly three years pastoring a church.
